REFUND POLICY
At SpinStrike, we are committed to providing an excellent experience for all our members and visitors. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our refund policy carefully to know your rights and options. 🎟 Event & Tournament Registrations All registration fees for tournaments, leagues, and special events are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by SpinStrike. In the case of cancellation on our part, a full refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method. 📅 Memberships Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time. If canceled within the first 7 days of purchase and the member has not used the club facilities, a full refund may be granted upon request. Annual memberships canceled within 14 days of purchase (and unused) are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after the initial refund window or once the membership has been used. 🛒 Merchandise Items purchased at the club or through our online store may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unused and in original packaging. A valid receipt is required. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the item is returned. 🎮 Game Time & Rentals We do not offer refunds for missed or unused game time or table reservations. If you are unable to attend a booked session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
